This policy describes how AuditRadar (https://auditradar.online) handles data. AuditRadar is operated by Assanali Askarov, Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: launch023@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Public Threads posts that mention the monitored brands, obtained through the official Threads API: post text, author username, publication date and link to the post.
• The results of analysing these posts: whether a post describes a service issue, its topic and urgency.
• For the operator's own Threads account connected to the service: the account ID, username and access token.
• For signing in to AuditRadar: the email address of authorised users and a session cookie.

We do not collect private messages, contacts, followers, location or content from private profiles, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to identify customer reports about service issues and to prepare internal quality reports. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or build profiles of individuals. AuditRadar does not publish or interact with content on Threads.

Service providers

• Supabase — data storage (European Union).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google (Gemini API) — automated analysis of post text. Only the text of a post is sent, without the username, link or date. We use the free tier of the Gemini API, under which Google may use submitted content to improve its products.
• Telegram — notifications to the operator.

Retention

• Technical API responses are deleted after 30 days.
• Posts that are not service reports are stripped of their text after 90 days.
• Records of service reports are kept while they are needed for reporting, or until deletion is requested.

Security

Data is accessible only to authorised users. Access keys are stored on the server and are never exposed in the browser.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about your posts and request its deletion. See Data Deletion or write to launch023@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We publish any changes to this policy on this page.
